"Comfort Compassion & Privacy?" No Action on Beard Street

So what's going on with the Hook Recovery Center, the high end Jemima Kirke-related Red Hook rehab center approved by CB6 back in 2014?  Here's a CB6 comment from '14:

There is no other high-end rehab center on the East Coast,” said Community Board 6 member Suzanne Turet. “I think it’s the sort-of mixed-use thing that we want.
Owners hope to open the drug treatment center in 2016 on Richards and Van Dyke streets, offering an abstinence-only program with such treatment options such as yoga, acupuncture, and music therapy. The facility will not accept health insurance or government assistance money.  (Brooklyn Paper)
The Tale of Two Red Hooks center, reported by the Brooklyn Paper to charge as much as $50,000 per month for treatment, was approved for operation at 110 Beard Street, a parcel of property on Beard, Richards and Van Dyke.  It was purchased in 2008 for $11,600,000, but no jobs or permits have been filed or approved since then, and a Stop Order remains in place.  The Recovery website promises a 2016 opening, but the last updated info on the site is from last summer.
