This time a traditional three-family got the safe-chic paint job (with extra points earned for black detailing!) and became a co-share model, targeting the singles market. A millennial SRO almost (with all mod cons.), with rents per room priced at $1,600. Each room has its own bathroom, and there's a communal kitchen/living space.
