A nine-unit building sold in September for $1,390,000.  5-6 building class (C3), with "first 3 alternate addresses" at 200 Rear 28 Street, a back house, which according to DOB records was vacant twenty years ago & in danger of imminent collapse.  No work recorded to remedy this.
