Demolition is now underway at 324 & 326 20th Street, which sold for $1,200,000 apiece back in August. There are no building plans approved as yet. The development lot across the street at 323 sold in September for $1,550,000 to Balanced Living Development LLC (you gotta love these names) with plans pending approval for a five-storey residential building. With a double lot eight-family apartment building under construction at 318-320 20th Street, that makes for a lot of change at the Sixth Avenue end of the block.
