Ha! I first saw it in October, & Found in Brooklyn (come back!)saw it around that time too. It is creepy, but I'm always a little pleased when I go by & find it still there.
Ha! I went by it as I got caught in that downpour yesterday (forcing me to take shelter in the Staples)seems that that wall is always falling down,they put it back up and they never take the wig off..too funny!
Might start doing FIB again but photo only..mulling it ovah!
