Change of Brokers at 413 20th or, Artists, You're Just Not Creative Any More

Last fall the parcel of properties at 413-21 20th Street was put on the market for $4.5 M, with Terra CRG handling the sale, and now, ten months later, Cushman & Wakefield are marketing the property at the reduced price of $3.95 M.

413-421 20th Street is a vacant, 15,071 SF industrial warehouse located on the north side of 20th Street between 7th and 8th Avenues. The subject is ideal as-is for manufacturing/warehouse space, and has the potential to be converted into office, restaurant, art or creative space.

Yes, that ubiquitous "creative" again, but here with a two-letter word it's been removed from any connection with art at all.  These days "creative" is more commonly applied to a profitable start-up business model than a painter, a musician or a poet.  It got took.
