Suspect Charged in Monday's Hit-and-Run on Fourth Avenue

CBS News reported last night that police have arrested a suspect in yesterday's hit-and-run that killed local business owner Phil Dellegrazie.  According to the report, Jose Joshua Colon, 24, who fled the scene of the crime on foot, was caught on surveillance video running along Fifth Avenue & changing clothes in a nearby bakery.  Colon has been charged with second-degree murder, grand larceny, and robbery.
