Today at Zuccotti Park

You can count on Mark Twain  (my favorite sign)

Raging Grannies

Simple, & on the money

Unsung heroes ...

of our miserable health system

Reading the Declaration

and the Constitution (with an "asshole" sign pointed his way)

Knitting to occupy Wall Street

Fighting in style

Hope so.

Great photos, was this your first time there? It's really inspiring down there and made me feel good when I went.

Thanks - yes it was. Pretty interesting. Although there are all ages there, there do seem to be two main camps - young, twenty-somethings, and older, 50-plus people excited by a spirit they haven't experienced much of for decades. A nice atmosphere, by & large. Was talking to someone about the upcoming cold weather & he mentioned those 24 hr corporate plazas in midtown - they would be prime sheltered spots to take over!

Nice photos! I'm glad you went. I've heard they'll be moving 'underground' as the weather gets cold. I'm looking forward to this Saturday at Tompkins...

Very nice photos. When I went, my favorite sign was the simple one from America's Nurses.
